To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required. Free Gift Policy: Orders that included a free promotional item must have the free gift returned along with the original order to receive a full refund. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
