REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Made-to-order products

Lex-ology apparel and accessories are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review all sizing information and product details carefully before placing your order.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are covered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lex-ology.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

 

Claims are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.

 

Resolution process

 

Approved claims will first be resolved with a free replacement item at no additional cost.

If a replacement is unavailable (including discontinued or out-of-stock items), or if you decline a replacement, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

What qualifies as defective

• Misprints, missing graphics, or print defects

• Stitching or material defects

• Incorrect item, size, or color shipped due to our error

• Damage caused during transit

 

What does not qualify

​

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer

• Normal wear and tear or washing damage

• Minor color variations between screen displays and final printed products

• Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery

 

Non-refundable items

 

Decals and stickers are final sale.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

 

Refund processing

 

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the claim has been finalized.

 

Lost in transit

 

If tracking indicates your package was not delivered, contact us within 30 days of the ship date and we will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.

 

Cancellations

 

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement before production begins. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
