Made-to-order production

Lex-ology products are made to order. Each item is produced after you place your order to reduce waste and maintain quality control. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping times (after production)

United States: 3–7 business days (standard)
Canada: 6–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Business days exclude weekends/holidays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–12 business days within the U.S.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. You'll see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to populate after shipment.

Lost or delayed packages

Lex-ology is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) or customs. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@lex-ology.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.

International orders

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
